| As per the U.O No. 4146/2018/Admn dated 31.03.2018 the supervising teachers have been permitted to finalise the specific title of research before the pre-submission presentation for scholars who have registered for Ph. D under 2016 regulations. It is decided that the Research Advisory Committee of the pre submission shall approve the title of the thesis and the modifications, if any. The recommendation by the Research Advisory Committee shall be considered as the actual title of the thesis of the scholar. The HoD/HoI shall forward the printed copy of the minutes of Research Advisory Committee, with the seal and countersignature, furnishing the title approved by Research Advisory Committee to Directorate of Research for further proceedings. The meeting also decided not to issue orders/memos regarding the title change from Directorate of Research. The Note to Syndicate, Award Notification and PhD Certificate shall be prepared incorporating the title recommended by the Research Advisory Committee.
